Participants acquire and operate simulated assets — AI data centres, luxury hotels, solar farms, vertical farms, smart office towers, logistics hubs — inside a high-fidelity asset-class economy. They are not acquiring the physical assets those represent. Real-world asset settlement is SWSS RWAX, where a DEED-1 deed is a legal settlement record for an actual property; REALM is a simulated economy that settles on the same chain.

What distinguishes it from a conventional simulation is where the record lives. A simulated economy whose state is held by its operator can be rewritten by its operator, and every participant is trusting that it will not be. REALM's assets, transactions and agent activity settle on SWSS Chain, so a participant's position is verifiable independently of the platform running it — which is the same argument this whitepaper makes for property, applied to a simulated asset class.

The AI layer is the substance of the product. Participants deploy specialised agents that run continuously rather than issuing commands in a session, and every agent reasons on SWSS AI OwlX v1 tuned for the REALM economy. It runs browser-first and Telegram-native, with no install and no region lock.

The Agent Workforce

REALM is therefore the ecosystem's most legible demonstration of the agent economy. An agent that manages a simulated portfolio exercises the same registration, provenance and settlement machinery as one managing a real position — which makes REALM a proving ground for autonomous agents operating inside a settlement layer, not only a game.
