The utility of SWSS Coin is determined by the settlement activity of the SWSS Chain ecosystem rather than by demand for the coin itself. Every product that launches adds a demand stream. Every deed settled consumes SWSS Coin through the Transactional Settlement Levy. The demand architecture is multi-stream and compounding.
The distinction that matters is between a coin that is bought because it is expected to rise and a coin that is consumed because a settlement cannot complete without it. Every stream in the table below is of the second kind: it is a use that arises from an economic activity the ecosystem performs, and it stops only if that activity stops. None of it requires a market view.
Demand Architecture — Active & Scheduled Demand Streams
swss coin demand --streams
Three streams are running and the fourth is scheduled, drawn dashed until it is not. The property they share is the one that matters: each is a use of the asset rather than a view on it, so demand tracks activity on the network rather than opinion about it.

How The Demand Streams Behave Together
The streams in the table are not variations of one business. A property settled through SWSS RWAX, a compute contract metered by SWSS InfraX, a cross-border payment cleared through SWSS Pay and a validator bond posted through SWSS NodeX answer to different customers, different sales cycles and different regulatory conditions, and nothing but the settlement layer connects them. A slow quarter in real estate does not slow the settlement of compute, and neither has any bearing on the bond an admitted validator must keep posted. Concentration risk in a single-product economy is the ordinary case; the ecosystem is built so that it is not this one.
The streams also differ in kind, and the difference matters more than the count of them. Some consume SWSS Coin outright: the Transactional Settlement Levy permanently retires a fraction of every deed settled, and that quantity never returns to circulation. Others withdraw it for a term rather than consuming it — coin locked under the Stake Gravity Protocol, and the slashable bond a validator holds for as long as it remains in the active set. The first is a flow that reduces total supply; the second is a stock that reduces the supply available at any given moment. A settlement economy generates both at once, and each is a consequence of the network being used rather than of anyone deciding to support it.
It is worth stating what would falsify the argument, because an economic claim that cannot fail is not a claim. This architecture depends on real settlement activity: if deeds stop being settled, compute stops being metered and payments stop clearing, the demand described here contracts with them, and no property of the coin would prevent that. What the design does rule out is the failure mode common to the alternative — demand that exists only while sentiment holds and disappears the moment it turns. Every stream above is tied to an economic activity a counterparty is paying for, which is a narrower claim than most and the only one this document is prepared to make.
