Q2 2027 — VPS Hosting & Compute Marketplace

SWSS InfraX is the ecosystem's infrastructure product: virtual private server hosting and on-chain GPU compute, settled under the Compute Deed standard with on-chain proof of delivery.

SWSS InfraX offers two things on one infrastructure estate. The first is VPS hosting — virtual private servers on current-generation hardware, for the ordinary workloads a business actually runs, from applications and databases to the nodes and services built around this ecosystem. The second is GPU compute, sold as metered access for AI and high-performance workloads through an on-chain marketplace. Both are hosted from the Malaysia region, serving Asia, and they share the same physical estate — which is what allows one hardware investment to serve two demand curves rather than sitting idle between them.

What makes the compute side different from a conventional cloud account is that the contract settles. Every compute contract is a Type 0x03 SCP Transaction under the Compute Deed standard, generating a Finality Certificate that stands as on-chain proof of delivery — so both parties point at the same record rather than reconciling two invoices after the fact. In a market where compute demand consistently outpaces supply, an access contract is worth what its enforcement is worth, and an attestation produced by consensus is enforceable in a way a supplier's receipt is not.

InfraX is also the launcher for the agent economy. Agents built on SWSS AI OwlX v1 are deployed here and the compute they consume settles here, which closes the loop between an agent's on-chain identity and the resources it actually uses. Settlement runs on SWSS Chain under the DEED-1 Standard, consuming SWSS Coin and applying the Transactional Settlement Levy described in Tokenomics like any other settlement on the layer.

Two Offerings, One Estate

OfferingWhat it provides
VPS HostingVirtual private servers on current-generation hardware for general workloads — applications, databases, services and ecosystem infrastructure — hosted from the Malaysia region and serving Asia
GPU ComputeMetered GPU access for AI and high-performance workloads, contracted and settled on chain rather than invoiced
Compute DeedThe settlement instrument for a compute contract: a Type 0x03 SCP Transaction carrying a Finality Certificate as proof of delivery
AI Agent LauncherDeployment surface for OwlX agents, with the compute they consume settled through the same standard

Running both on one estate is the point rather than a convenience. A GPU that serves a rented workload during one period and an ecosystem workload during another is an asset with two utilisation curves instead of one, and utilisation is what determines whether infrastructure pays for itself.

Where It Runs

Both offerings are hosted from the Malaysia region and serve Asia. That is a deliberate siting decision rather than an accident of where capacity was available. Electricity — the input that dominates the running cost of any compute estate — is $0.05 to $0.08 per kWh in Malaysia against $0.28 to $0.35 in the United Kingdom, and the difference goes directly to the economics of every hosted workload and every compute contract settled on the estate.

The supporting conditions matter as much as the tariff. Malaysia has an established Tier 3 colocation ecosystem along the Kuala Lumpur to Penang corridor, government support for AI and data centre investment through the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation, and MSC Malaysia status available to qualifying technology companies. Expansion happens within the same corridor rather than by relocating, so capacity growth does not mean migrating customers. Siting in Asia also puts the estate close to the region it serves, which is where latency stops being a specification and starts being something a user notices.

Why Settlement Matters For Compute

Compute is bought on trust almost everywhere. A provider reports what was delivered, a customer reports what was received, and when the two disagree the dispute is resolved by whoever holds the better records — which is normally the provider. Settling the contract on chain removes that asymmetry: delivery is attested by consensus rather than asserted by the supplier, and the attestation is permanent, public and unalterable.

That property matters most for the buyers who cannot simply absorb a bad month. An institution procuring compute for regulated workloads needs an auditable record of what it contracted and what it received, and a Finality Certificate is precisely that record — the same instrument this ecosystem issues for a property settlement, applied to a different class of asset. Suppliers onboard under the same credential requirements as other institutional participants, so a counterparty on either side of a compute contract is an identified party.
